The P.ill Mall G.i/ettc publishes an article to-d xy which states that tlio scliome proposed by Mr Gladstone for tho settlement of the Irish diflhulty, include an Irish Parliament to sit at Dublin, and have complete control over all Irish aif.iirs, the Crown retaining its veto, which however, will only be exercised upon the advice of the Irish Ministry of the day.
