KING THEEBAW A PRISONER. Madras, December 14.
King Theebaw arrived here from Rangoon to-day a prisoner. December 15. Arrangements have been concluded by which King Theebaw and his Queen will bo interned here. A residence lias been provided for them, and though not kept close prisoners they will be under surveillance.
