SPAIN AND GERMANY. London, November 8.
It is believed that the Pope, who consented to arbitrate between Spain and Germany regarding the possession of the Caroline Islands, has awarded the occupancy of them to Spain, on the conditions that certain privileges possessed by Germany there are respected.
