The Right lion. Hugh Childers addressed a meeting of his constituents at Pontefract last night. Referring to the colonial question, lie stated that he hailed with pleasure the approach of federation, and expressed a hope that the forthcoming Indian and' Coloai.il Exhibition would facilitate the discussion of the m itter by leading colonists.
