It is announced tluit Sir Henry Drummond Wolft', the Emoy Extraordinary to tlic .Sublime Porte, lias come to an unangement with the Grand Vizier on the Egyptian cuiestion. The basis of the agreement is : First, that a Turkish Commission shall accompany Sir 11. D. Wolff to Egypt to assist in the task of reorganisation ; and .second, that the English evacuate Egypt whenever such evacuation becomes possible.
