Feathers and Flowers.
The quantity of feathers and flowers worn in the hair in Frenoh ball-rooms comes very near the extravaganoe of the last century. And some women even wear powder, and one darling little oreature decorated her artificially whitened looks with black feathers the other evening, and with the aid of a pink satin gown trimmed with pink blonde was perfectly irrestible.
