Richardson gave notice that at the noxt meeting lie would .isk leave to mtmduce a bill entitled, " The i)emised l'ernons Propel ty Act." Tho ordeis of the day weio then pioceeded with. Mr Williams was \oted to the chair in committee on the I'aili.unentaiy Honoraiiinii and I'nvilegeH Jiill. An animated and lnteiestinp: disui^sir>n took |)lace on the vanous clauses of the bill.
