WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule heieto are required to be taken, undci "The Public Woiks Act, 1582," for a certain woik, to wit, the constitution of a load in Pukekura Road Distiict, Provincial District of Auckland : And wheicas the Pukekura Road Boaid has l,nd befoic the (Joveinor the memorial, accompanied b) a map, and also the statutoiy declaiation, as required by the said Act : Now, therefore, I. William Francis Diummond Jui vois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in excicise and puisuance of the powers and authonties in tne vested by section eleven of " The Public Works Act, ISS2," and of every other power and authoiity in anyvvifce enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declaic that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto arc hereby taken for the put poses of a road; and that, from and aftet the d.iy ot the date hereof, the lands so mentioned shall become absolutely vested in fee simple in Her Majesty, discharged from all mortgages, charges, claims, estates, or intetests of what kind soever, for use as a road. Atx that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 31 perches, situate in the Parish of Te Rapa, in the Pukekura Road District, and being a road-lmc and a landing-place lying within Section No. 336 ; commencing at a point on the western side of the road which foims the eastern boundary of Section No. 336 at a distance of 562 links or thereabouts fiom th» Waikato River. Bounded— North easterly by lines, 102 and 2.36 links respectively ; Easterly by a line, 445 links ; Northerly by the Waikato Ri\er ; South-westerly by lines, Sol and 172 links respectively ; Easterly by a line to the commencing point, 113 links. All that piece or pat eel of land contnining by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 26 perches, situate in the Survey District of Cambridge, being portions of Allotments Nos. 191, 192, 225, and 205, Paiish of Pukeknra ; commencing at a point in the north eastei n boundaiy of Allotment No. 191, distant fiom its north easternmost corner 520 links. Bounded— Noith easteily by lines, 5120 and 1805 links respectively ; Southerly by a line, 109 links ; South westerly by lines, 1760 and SMI links respectively ; Northerly by a public road to commencing point, 110 links. Be all the above areas and linkages either more or less, the lands being .situate in the Provincial District of Auckland, and are more particularly delineated upon the plans matked P.W.D. 13,113, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Woiks, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Welling ton, and thereon coloured red.
