It is considered probable that after the delimitation of the frontier line is settled a convention will beheld in Russia. In the House of Commons last night a dhision w.is taken on the vote of censure proposed by Sir Stafford Northcote, the leader of the Opposition, with the result that the motion was rejected by n majority <>f thirty. Mr Parnell and the Jush p.uty \oted with the minority.
