The Blue-book which has just been issued supplies several important omissions in the White-book which was issued a few days ago. From thin it appears that Prince Bismarck's antagonism to the colonies arises from vexation caused by England ckmng up German settlement, and refusing to help its colonial aspirations. The Hon. Robrit Meade suggests that hingland flhould only surrender the ISew Hebrides to France on terms which will satisfy Australia. He is of opinion that tho protectorate established by England over the Honthcrtt portion of New Guinea has just forestalled an objectionable foreign scheme. He avert) that a misunderstanding arose, in the first place, through Count Munster, the German Ambassador in London, notcomplyinif with the orders sent him in August last to inform Earl Granvllle of the purport of Dr. Finsch's expedition. Prince Bismarck does not wish any change to be made as regards Samoa.
