Lord \Vols°ley telegraphs that the vanguard of Mnjor-General Earlc's colutna yesterday reached a position seven mile* from Berber, where the enemy are concentrHted. General E.irle hopes to be nl>lc to commence the attack on the M ilndites' position on the 3rd February. It is reported to be a very strong one.
