T%TANGAPIKO ROAD DISTRICT. Public Notice is hereby given that a SUMMONS has been issued, calling upon SAMUEL SMITH McLAREN, to appear at the R.M. Court sitting at Alexandra, on Friday, February 13th, 1885, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, to answer the demand of the undersigned for the payment of one pound eleven shillings and threeponce, being rates due to the Mangapiko Ro.id Board, by the said SAMUEL SMITH McLAREN, or the owner of Lots 106, 107, Ngaroto parish, and in respect of such property. All objections thereto must be left at the Court House, Cambridge, on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must bo left at the Town Board Office, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said court.
