Thk annual meeting of tlio domain board w»s held on Saturday. Present : Messrs W. Taylor (chairman), J. H. Mandeno, Wicstone, Sloane and Wright. The minutes of the prc\ iotis meeting were read and confirmed. The lessee, Mr G. Kay, was not present. Mr Sloane repoited that Mr Kay had ten acres laid down in gr.ms nndth.it he would tako steps to lia\c the remainder laid down during the autumn. Mr Taylor ha\ ing resigned, Mr SWni> proposed, and Mr Winstime, that Mr J. H. Mandeno be chairman fot tbe ensuing year. Carried. Mr Sloano reported that the lsaHe bad been returned from Wellington, signed by the Go\ ernor. It was ro-wlved that the lensee be w ntten to to complete without delay the hrht clause of his agreement with reference to the clearing.— (Own Correspondent.)
