THE TIME-TABLE.

A meeting of the railway time-table committee was held at Te Awamutu on Tuesday, Mr Walton in the chair. The uutition to the Minister for Public Woiks praying for a ictnrn to the old time-table, was received from the canvasser ; there were over three hundred signatuics attached. The petition was not sent round the Alexandra district, but was confined to Oha-upo and this district. The following resolution was passed :—": — " That the petition be forwarded to the member for Wai pa, for transmission to the Minister for Public Works, and that a copy of the petition and this resolution be forwarded to Mr Hudson, District Traffic Manager. 1 ' — (Own Oone.spondent.)
