MUHIINGSOI CRLIMTORS. In ii L. M. Carnachan, contractor, Cambridge. The first meeting of creditors was convened for yesterday, at the office of the Deputy Assignee, Hamilton. Mr Keesing appeared for the debtor. 'I he liabilities were set down at £159 19s sd, due to Mr James Hamilton. The assets amount to £30 10s. Failing a quorum of creditors being '» attendance the meeting was adjourned nntil this morning at 11 o'clock, when it \vPl be further adjourned until Thursday, at 11 30 a in In >c James Smden. A meeting of the creditors in this estate was also called for yesterday at the same place. Mr Haj represented the debtor. The liiibilitics were set down at £103 4s Gd, ond the assi-ls (nominal) at £390 10s. This meeting was also, in the absence of a quorum adjourned until this morning
