TE AWAMUTU TOWN DISTRICT. Election Enquiry Postponed. [BY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT.]
Te Awasiutu, Friday. At the R.M. Court to-day, before Mr Noithcroft, the second petition to have the late election of town commissioners upset was called on for hearing at 10 a.m. Mt Gresham appeared for the petitioners. The petition was read, when the case was adjourned till 10 a. in. on the sth December, owing to the absence of Mr Theo. Cooper, who is engaged in Auckland.
