TCT O T I C E. Under Skction t 38 of " The Rating Act, 1882.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the 31st day of August, 1883, in the Resident Magistrate's Court, sitting at Alexandra, for the sum of nineteen shillings and eightpence, being arrears of rates due by PATRICK GORMAN, as the owner of Lot 104, Mangapiko. This is to give notice thnt the said property will he sold or leased by public auction, under the piovisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering the same, and all other rates due on such property up to the date of payment, are paid prior to such sale. This is to give notice that the said property will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six mouths from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses incut red in recovering the same, and all other rates due on such property up to the date of payment, are paid prior to such sale. This is to give notice that the said property will be Fold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of tho said judgment, together with inteiest thereon at the rate often pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the date of paymont, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering tho came, and all other rates due on such property up to the date of payment, are paid prior to such sale.
