In the matter of "The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and of a Petition filed in the Resident Magistrate's Court at Te Awamutu, praying that the election ot James Walton, John Howe Mandeno, - John Burgess Teasdale, James Robinson Wiight, and John Wickett Biidgman as Commissioners for the above district, on the Ist day of November instant, be declared void on account of ceitain irregularities in the proceedings which tended to defeat the fairness of the election, NOTICE is hereby given that an INQUIRY as to the matters alleged 111 the above-mentioned Petition will be held on the 22nd day of November instant, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
