NATIVE LANDS COURT, CAMBRIDGE. [BY TELEGRAPH.]

Cambridge, Friday Night. At the Land Court to-day the Matamata division was brought forward, and occupied the Court throughout the day. Mr J. Russell appeared for Mr Firth. The, natives brought forward evidence objecting to the sub-division as proposed. The case is expected to last two or three days. It was expected that judgment would be delivered in the Maungatautari sub-divisions to-day. Most likely it will be given tomorrow. The bench was occupied by Chief Judge Macdonald and Judge Puckey.
