THE FRANCO-CHINESE WAR. [BY TELEGRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.] [REUTERS TELEGRAMS.] Hong Kong, October 15.
The French claim that they obtained a great victory over the Chinese near Langson, Tonqnin, on the 10th instant. The accounts state that the General and three thousand of his officers and men were killed. The French loss aie set down at twenty killed and uinety wounded.
