Waikato Times Office, Monday. HAMILTON' M.UtKErS. Mu KNOX llEPOitrs. — Business was fairly brisk last week, and money plentiful considering the half-yearly balancing day on the 30th. Saturday's vstvle was well attended, and the following Quotations ruled :—: — Apples, 5Jd per lb ; fowls, Is ()d to 2s each ; potatoes, £G per ton ; sugar, 3Jd to 4& per lb ; kerosene, 15s per case. Pigs and poultry in demand. In future the s.ilo-f on Saturday will be held at 11 a.m. instead of 2 p.m.
