More Fighting. [Received 6th, 12.40 p.m. | Hono Kong, October 4. A fkesh outbreak of hostilities has occurred between the French and Chinese in Tonquin. The Chinese troops stationed between Baco Ha and Long Son were observed to be advancing, and the French gunboats on Long Koi proceeded to reconnoitre them. An attcking party landed and severe fighting ensued, in which the French sustained a loss ot thirty killed aud wounded. Admiral Lespes, commander of the Chhisse squadron, is now co-operating with Admiral Courbet, and with a portion of the French fleet is attacking Tiensin, in Formosa.
