INVESTIGATION OF TITLE TO NATIVE LAND UNDER "THE NATIVE SCHOOLS SITES ACT, ISSO.' In pursuance of my appointment by His Excellency the Governor, in accordance with the provisions of the above recited Act, to asceitain the ownership to the block of native laud at Kawhia, in the Provincial Distiict of Auckland, known by the name of " Poko-o riri," which is proposed to be appropriated as a site for a Natne School, I hereby give notice that I will hold an inquiry at the Constabulary Barracks at Kawhia on Fiiday, the I Oth day of October, ISB4, at the hour of 10 o'clock in the forenoon, to ascertain the names of the owners of the said " Poko-o-riri " Block, and their consent to its appropriation lor a Native School site, G.
