E.ich tender to be accompanied by a cheque for (£25) twenty-five pounds sterling, made payable to the Receiver General only, and not to bearer, and marked by a Banker as good for twenty-one days, as a guarantee that the tender will be taken up. The successful tenderer will require to find two suieties, to be appioved by the Defence Minister, of (£250) two hundred and fifty pounds each, for the due performance of the coutiaot.
