CAMBRIDGE DAIRY PRODUCE AND BACON FACTORY COMPANY, (LIMITED.)
A meetixo of directors of the above company w.is held on M our! ay evening last, at the National Hotel, Cambridge. Piesenfc .-—Messrs 2 ewis, (chairman,) Allwill, Feiguson, Kallender, Richardson, and "Watt. The minutes of the previous meeting having beeu read and confiimed, the chairman drew attention to the fact that no specifications had been sent with the plans sent by Messrs Ingrain and Co., for the factory building. It was decided to telegraph to Messrs Ingrain for the specifications, and on their receipt call at once for tenders for the building. Eacli tender lo be accompanied with a deposit of £o, and a penalty of £1, to he inflicted for each days deLiy beyond the contract time. A letter from Mr Hill was read, announcing his resignation as a director, and withdrawing his support fiom the company. He objected to the site di 1 cided on for the factory. Resignation accepted, and it was lesolvcd that a meeting be held as soon as the company is registered, for the purpose of electing another director. Mr Edward Lewis, of Auckland, is to be icquested to diaw up the contract for the factory buildings, and it is to be stipulated that Messrs Ingram and Co., deliver a plant equal to that of the Wairoa factoiy. This was all the business.
