Notification is hereby made in terms of Sec. 46 "Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1576," that an Extraordinary Vacancy having occurred in the Board, NOMINATIONS of candidates to till the same will be received by the undeisigned up to noon of FRIDAY 7 ", the 10th day ot October next, at the residence of J. T3UBLIC NOTIFICATION. At a meeting of the Waikato County Council, held on Friday, the 26th day of September, ISS4, the following resolution was unanimously agreed to, viz. :—: — "That, under provision contained in Section 6 Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1576, James McPiierson is hereby appointed Returning Officer for the Coutity of Waikato, and for the several divisions thereof, that is to say : He shall be Returning Officer for the Outlying District of Rangi liri, and for the Ridings of Kirikiriroa, Tamahere, Cambridge, and Cambridge North respec tively."
