NOTICE OF ISSUE OF SUMMONSES AGAINST RATE DEFAULTERS. PUBLIC NOTIFICATION is hereby made, in terms of Section 34 of "The Rating Act, 1882," that Summonses have been taken out on behalf of the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato, against the persons undermetioned, whose addresses are unknown, for Rates due to the said Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants, for the years ending March the 31st, 1883 and 1884.
