WHEREAS, under the provisions of " The Ratiug Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the 19th day of September. 1883, in the Resident M isjistrate's Court, sitting at Hamilton, Waikato, lor the sum of two pounds seven shillings and i-ixpence, beiug arreais of rates due by GEORGE JOY and other half-castes of Taupiri, Waikato, as the owner of Sectioas No?. 469 and 472, Parish of Taupiri. This is to give notice that the said property will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, and all coats aud expenses incuned in recovering the same, and all other rates due on suoh property up to the date of payment, are paid prior to suoh sale.
