WHEREAS, under the provisions of •' The Rating Aot, 1882," judgment was given upon the I9rh day of September, 1883, in the Resident MiVistrate's Court, aiding at Hamilton, Waikato, for the sum ot one pound seven shillings and six pence, being smears of rates due by GEORGE DONNE, Commission Agent, Auckland, as the owner of Section No. 23, Parish of Taupiri. This is to give notice that the said propeity will be sold or leased by publio auction, under the piovisionb of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unleas the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum, from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, und all costs and expenses incuned in recovering the same, aud all other rates due on such property up to the date of payment are paid prior to such sale.
