RESIDENT MAGISTRA TES COURT, TE AWAMUTU. Thursday.— (Before Mr H. W. Northcroft, R.M.)
eroffc, Gukshah v. Lewis.—Tho Magistrate explained thnt there were two justices on the bench with him when the case was heaid, and expressed a wish that they should be with him to decide. His Worship also said that since last court-day ho had been absent from the district until very recently, for those reasons he would prefer, if the litigants were willing, to defei judgment till next court-day. The litigants having agreed to this, the judgment wiw> accordingly deferred. Several other unimportant civil cases were disposed of.—(Own Correspondent.)
