WAIPAWA, Wednesday.
The police made a sudden raid on three sly grog houses yesterday in the Seventymile Bush, seizing large quantities of spirits iv each case. One person had over £100 worth. Policemen have been located in houses and a special sitting of the court is to be held to hear the charges.
