LATEST TE AROHA NEWS.

[iJY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Te Aroiia, Friday Night. Mr H. H. Adams having resigned the position of manager of the Eureka tramway a special meeting of the Piako Council is being held in Cambridge to-day to take into consideration the desirableness or otherwise of letting the working of them by contract, or of the appointment of a fresh manager. Owing to the resignation of Mr Whitaker this riding will be un-repre-sented at the meeting, which is much to be regretted, as it is the one most affected by the efficient working of the tramway.
