LATEST TE AROHA NEWS. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.]

Te Aroha, Monday Night. A large meeting of the residents of Waiorongomai, was held in that township on Saturday evening, when resolutions bearing upon the interests of the district were passed, and a committee appointed to see that they are carried ont. The Canadian Company recommenced crushing at the battery with 5 head, and will probably koep them on for some time, as a large quantity of quartz is to hand : 233 trucks of quartz were passed down the line last week, being about the same number as the previous one. There will be a considerable increase in the revenue this mouth.
