Ix pursuance of " the Regulations of Elections Act 1881" I, THOMAS KIRK, 'Officer" for the", .'"Electoral District of Waipa, do heivby give notice tbajt by vh^ue.of a w 1 it, , bearing date •27th day of June, 1884, under" ihe hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as member for the said Electoral District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Court-house, Hamilton, at noon on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1884, and that the Poll, if'necessaiy, will be taken at the several Pollingplaces of the said district on Tuesday, the 22nd day of July, 18S4, commencing at 9 a.hi., and closing at 6 p.m. The following are the Polling-places for the Electoral District of Waipa :— Court-house, Hamilton West, principal Polling place Court-house, Ngaruawahia Court-house, Alexandra Com t-house, Te Awamutu Court-house, Raglan Mr Phillips' Store; Aotea School-house, Churchill Sohool-house, Whatawhata School-house, Te llori School-house, Paterangi. SEARANCKE, Returning Officer for the Electoral Distiict ot Waikato, do heieby give notice that by \iitue of a writ beating date the 27th day of June, ISS4-, under the hand of the Clerk of the Wilts, an election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as Member for the said electoral district, and that the nomination of candidates w ill take place at the Courthouse, Cornbridge, at noon, on the sixteenth day of July, 1884, and th.it the POLL,, if necessary, will be taken at the seveial polling places of the said distiict, on the twentysecond day of July, 1884. T^XTRAORDINARY VACANCIES. Waikato County Council.
An Ettraoidinary Vacancy having occurred in the representation of the Cambridge North Riding, and one in the Cambiidge Riding, in the Waikato Counry Council, nominations of candidates to fill them will be received by the undersigned at his residence, Knikiriroa, up to noon of Tuesday, the Bth July.
