Londox, June 17. Thk cricket match, Australian v. the Cambridge University, was resumed today. The Australians having four wickets down for 1 12 runs, continued their first innings, and remained in all day, scoring 378 befoie the last wicket fell. The following are the principal g Cores : — Muidoch, c, 132 ; Bonner c, 44. Palmer, not out, 68 ; Scott, c, 37 There was a good attendance of spectators and fine weather was again e\PerieilCedl June IS. The cricket match at Cunbridge between the Australians and the Cambridge University was resumed and concluded to-day, and resultedin a victory for the visitors by one innings and 81 runs. The home team in their second innings only succeeded in putting to-getlier 93 runs. The principal scorer 3 were :— -Wright, c, 24 ; and Paravacini, not out, 25. The weather was cold and inclement, and there was but a small attendance of spectators.
