NORTH NEW ZEALAND FARMERS' CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION (Limited.) An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above Association will be held at the registered office of the Association, Grantham-street, Hamilton, on TUESDAY, the 17th June, at the hour of 11.30 in the forenoon. Business : To discuss the propriety of confirming, and if the meeting shall so decide, to confirm a resolution passed in general meeting held on the 27th May, 1884, to repeal Regulation numbered 44 in the Articles of Association, and-to substitute in lieu thereof, the following regulation, or a regulation to the like effect, to be numbered 44, viz :—: — "Every shareholder shall have one vote for any number of shares he holds up to five ; two votes for any number up to fifteen ; three votes for any number up to twenty-five ; four for any number up to fifty ; and five votes for any number above fifty.
