SOLDIERS' PENSIONS.
TO THE KOITOK. Sir,— l was informed some time ago that any man that enlisted in the -Biitish Army prior to the Crimean War in 18oi, under the 10 Year Act,' and completed his time in the auny, was entitled to a pension ot sixpence a day at thr age of 50 year 3. I should be very thankful to you, Sir, if you would, kindly let me know, through the nv.-diuni of your paper, if it i-3 true or not, and the year the act was made in — I am, &c, OU) SoLUIKK. [Speaking fiom memciy, we believe the age at which old soldiers are entitled to the pension is 06 ; but we shall make furthei enquiiies.— Ed.]
