CRIMINAL CASKS. Huui) MiCu t l was charged on the information of Constable It win, with being drunk in Kihikilii on the 11th May. As this was the fiisfc offence, and the case Wiis> not piebsed by the police, the aceu.ed was discharged with a caution. CiJorge Coyle was charged, on the information of Constable Giilies, with being drunk and dbordeily in Te Awaniutu on the Hist May. Fined 20s, and costs l!)s, in default; one week's imprisonment with hard labour. The Hue waspiid. W. T. MillaiM\as chained, on tho information of Constable Irwin, with being drunk ou two occasions at Kihikihi. Fined 3s, and costs 03, for one offence, and 10s and costs 9s, for the other.
CIVIL C\SCS. Greshdm v. Lewis-— Claim, bill of costs. Adjourned till the 31st July, on the application of defendant, whose principal witness is absent from the colony. — (Own Correspondent.)
