OAMARU, Tuesday.
At a meeting of the Blue Ribbon Army last night a number of resolutions bearing on the unsatisfactory state of affairs existing in Oamaru, relative to sly-gfog shops, were passed, and ordered to be forwarded to the Minister of Justice. Mr Duncan, M.11.1t., addressed .hi« constituents at Papakaio this evening, and received a. unanimous vote of thanks and confidence.
