Tlie debtor admitted ho had interest in the Pukekura and Puahoe Blocks, and up to some time ago leceived rents on account of those Liuds. Had leceived money fiom Mr E. B. Walker since judgment wa»> given against him, but nothing cont-idei-able. He owned some cattle and a few hoi scs but had not hold any of the latter since 18S1. He was an applicant m the Maungatautaii case now before the court at Kihikihi, and was now willing that an order should be made for £3 a month. An older was accoidmgly made foi this amount, the same to be varied in case of an improventa in the debtor's circumstances. ■Ruling payment of <my one of the monthly instalment, the whole amount to become due, and in default, two months' lmpiiaonment. Ho was now £3 in aireari. Summons granted.
