NEW PLYMOUTH, Thursday.
At the Supreme Court, William Cunningham, for indecent assault, waa sentenced to seven years' imprisonment. The Maori case of forcible entry into a dwelling was discharged, Friday. At the Supreme Court, James Suiter was charged with arson at Hawera. Six witnesses have been examined. The case occupied the whole day.
