HAMILTON FOOTBALL CLUB.
The annual meeting of the members of this clnb was hold at Hally'.s hotel on Saturday evening. There was a good attendance, and the chair was occupied by Mr Vereker Bindon. The secretary, Mr W. Yon Stunner, read the leport of the outgoing comnntteo, the chief item of which was the announcement that the club had paid the cricket club £2 towards the expenses of the ground, Sydney Square, leaving nothing in hand. The meeting then proceeded to the election of office bearers. Mr ¥. A. Whitaker, M.H.R., was elected president; Mr J. B. Whyte, M.H.R. vice-president; Mr W. Yon Stunner, secretary and tre.isurei ; Messrs Vereker Bindon, T. G. Sandes, Odium, Stewart, Boale, Stevens, and Franklin with the secretrry, the committee. Mr VV. Yon Stunner was re-elected captain of the club, and it was decided to play the first game of the season on Saturday next on Sydney Square, commencing at half-past two. The meeting then closed with a vote of thanks to the chair.
