A CAUTION.
I am sun yto say that Mr S. Shoit lost two hue draught huises last week, owing to then citing a quantity of wheat. It appcais he left the hordes in the paddock when tho d.iy'-> thrashing was done, and the natives employed by him left a sack of fowl wheat untied, fiom winch three of the horses eat a good feed each dining the night ; two died, but Mr Sloane was called m in tune and '•aved the other.
