Biandon and Brandon lias been refened to arbitrators, and the case will, theiefoie, not come be fore the Supieme Couit. The aibitratois are Mr J. Goidon Allan, banister, on behalf of Messis Brandon ; and Mr T. W. Young, merchant, on behalf of Mr Shaw. The dissolution of the partnership of the firm of Brandon, Shaw, and Brandon, by mutual consent, is advertised.
