Mr HaKteadV Minuet (late Highland Fling) 10,t 7lb . . 1 Mr Lennaid's Shotover, JKt 7fl> . . 2 Mr Robinson's Harkaway, 10ot 101b 3 Conregate, Native and Miss Walton, the latter eairying 201bs over weight, also ran. Miss Walton fell at the fiist hurdle, and the race was nieiely a match between Minuet and Shotover. Maiden Piate, of 35->ovs. Mr Kavanagh't. Bryan O'Lynn (Kavanagh)!)st . . .. ... 1 Mr McKinnon'b Taipouri, Bbt lllt> . 2 Mr Patteraoti's Evening Star (McGee), a»t2lb 3 Flying Fish 9st 21bs, Chandos 9st 21bs, Voitex ',)ot 21bs, Pandora Sst lllbs, and Flageolet Bst 41bs, also ran. The winner I took the lead at the start and led for half-a-niile, where he was passed by Evening Star, but Bryan O'Lynn again took the lead at the back of the course, and eventually won hands down. 1 Hendersons Mill Cup (Handicap) of lOOsovs. Woodpecker, 7st 41b 1 Fihhwoman, Bbt 41b . .. 2 My&tery, Gat 101b . . .3 Kalo, Golden Crown, Bryan O'Lynn and Swordsman also ran. Woodpecker led from start to finish, and won as he liked by two lengths.
