London, March 3. Tub police have obtained a clue to the perpetrators of the recent dynamite outrages, and to the depositors of the infernal machines at various metropolitan railway stations. Three Americans are believed to be the guilty parties, and the police arc endeavouring to find their whereabouts. In the House ot Commons to-day Sir Vernon Harconrt, the Home Secretary, made a statement regarding the dynamite plots which have been discovered, and announced that orders had been gi\ en that rigorous measures should be pursued against any foreign dynamite emissaries who may be arrested. March 4. The Government have offered a reward ot £2000 for the arrest of the perpetrators of the recent attempts to wreck_ the various metropolitan railway termini by dynamite. The Franchise Bill was read last night.
