The total reserve notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £14,000,000. Proportion of leserve to the liabilities is 41 per cent. Colonial breadstulFs and tallow market unchanged. Australian hides : A large quantity ottered, and the demand limited ; prices £th of a penny lower. Wool sales : At to-day's auction prices were steady, but the demand was niaetu c.
