It has transpired that the Go\ ernmeut has informed the Egyptian Government that it cannot allow the Egyptian tioops at Suakim to co-operate with the British troops, which are to be despatched to the relief of Tokar. [Received Febiuaiy 16, 1.25 p.m.] Cairo, February 15. The embarkation of troops to be desjpatched from this city to the Red Sea will commence to-day at Suez, wheie transports are now waiting. The ships will proceed w ithout delay, and are expected to land the whole force at Suakim on Tuesday next, the 19th instant.
