INVERCARGILL, Monday.

A woman named Adelina Mackay, aged 45 years, engaged as a domestic servant at Spencers' Heddon Bush Estate, was found drowned in a well near the house on Thursday. At the inquest nothing was adduced to show how the deceased got into tho well. There was no reason to suspect suicide. A verdict of "Accidental death " was returned. Deceased had been in the situation for several months, and came from Dunedin.
