London, February 13. The cargo of frozen mutton on board the steamship Tuiigariro, from New Zealand, comprising 12.000 carcases, has been examined, and found to be in excellent condition. The frozen meat ex steamer Tongariro is selling at 6d per lb. The two remaining Victorian gun-boata sail on Thursday, and the Admiralty haa decided that they may do so as men-of-war. The Childers has arrived at Gibraltar. The Earl of Morely haa been offered the Governorship of Victoiia, but has refused.
